St. Mary Catholic School and Preschool have over 150 years of experience providing Catholic education. The school has long carried out the ministry of St. Mary Catholic Church in Rushville serving not only the children of its parish but many community youths.  Because of St. Mary School's long history, the school is rich in traditions.

While many things have changed over the years at the school, the core beliefs and frameworks upon which the school was built remain the same.  Christ and His teachings remain the foundation of the school's curriculum and practice.
